29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a. 251 Hosea Road, Lawrenceville, GA (Throughout the shop) - Employees were exposed to hazard of sudden energization of moving parts of equipment. Employees (maintenance and machine operators) perform servicing and maintenance on various machinery and equipment such as, but not limited to the Saws, Mill Machine, Irown Worker Machine and Plasma Burn Table. An internal audit was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented, on or about 10/06/16.
