29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: Jobsite: 20 Magnolia Street The company allowed subcontractor employees to work near exposed, energized electrical circuits. A subcontractor employee contacted a conductor and was shocked.

29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): Employer did not advise employees of the location of energized electrical power circuits, the hazards involved, and the protective measures to be taken: Jobsite: 20 Magnolia Street The employer did not warn subcontractor employees about 'live' electrical conductors that were exposed by demolition / abatement work. A subcontractor employee was shocked when he contacted an exposed conductor.
