A worker was injured while a fork truck was being used to move a piece of equipment.

29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered.  Assembly Area:  On or about 9-8-16 a Toyota Forklift was used to move an unsecured upcut saw to a new location. A worker injured an elbow while trying to keep the upcut saw from falling.
