29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. The American Swedish Historical Museum, 1900 Pattison Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145 - The employer did not assure that subcontractor employees were protected from fall hazards while performing work on top of a two-story roof. The employees were exposed to an approximately twenty-one (21) foot fall to the ground. Observed On or About 10/04/16
