29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:  a) 1919-1930 Raspberry Ct, Edison, NJ:  The employer did not ensure that the areas where employees were walking and working and around the bottom of the portable extension ladders were kept clear of debris and protruding nails.  This hazard was observed on 10/3/16.

This hazard was observed on 10/3/16.
