The task and personal protective equipment is specific to filtering and/or changing oil from the fryers.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) PEC Management dba Burger King / 7517 West Ridge Road, Fairview, PA: On or about October 6, 2016 and times prior thereto, the employer did not provide effective training on hazardous chemicals in their work environment. Training on the Hazard Communication Program, the hazards of materials worked with, the location of safety data sheets, and how to read a safety data sheet could not be confirmed with employees. Employees work with various cleaners that include, but are not limited to Inside/Out Degreaser, floor cleaner and Kayquat Sanitizer.
