29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:  (a) Worksite - Appendix D information had not been provided to security officers  supplied with and permitted voluntary use of Moldex 2200 N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against construction dust, on or about October 6, 2016.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
