29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Handfed ripsaw(s) were not provided with non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: a) 336 Stony Hill Road - 336 Stony Hill Road - An employee was injured while trimming a 3x3x24 inch piece of maple wood on a table saw with no kickback fingers or dogs, allowing one end of wood to hit the running saw blade and cause the wood to be thrown back to the exposed employee, thereby causing the employee to suffer serious facial injuries on or before September 29, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.
