29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify: (a) Jobsite, Parkway Center Mall, McKinney Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15220: On or before October 6, 2016, an employee was exposed to the swing radius of the 275 ton crane in that barricades were not erected. (b) Jobsite, Parkway Center Mall, McKinney Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15220: On or before October 6, 2016, an employee was exposed to the swing radius of the 90 ton crane in that barricades were not erected.
