29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. GSE Sop: The Employer did not ensure that the passage way in the Ford/Tesco catering truck were maintained and free from obstructions created by a transition plate, exposing employees to crushing/caught-in-between hazards. An employee was exposed to this hazard when the transition plate became lodged between the truck and Forward Service Platform. Noted on/about 10/3/16.
