On or about October 6, 2016, at lot 22, 4863 Highland Wood, Suwannee GA, 30024:  a) Two employees performing framing work  were exposed to struck by hazards from woodchips and nails while using a nail gun without wearing eye protection.

When he used the ladder to access the roof without extending the ladder three feet above the surface.
