29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. Cabinet Covers, Inc.: On or about October 4, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from incorrect labeling and other forms of warnings on containers including, but not limited to, solvent being stored in a blank mason jar. b. Cabinet Covers, Inc.: On or about October 4 , 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from not maintaining safety data sheets onsite for chemicals including, but not limited to, Wilsonart 951 adhesive. c. Cabinet Covers, Inc.: On or about October 4, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from employees not having been adequately trained on the chemical hazards in the workplace.
