29 CFR 1926.54(d): Standard laser warning placards were not posted in areas in which lasers were used: (a) Bldg 8, James H Quillen VAMC - On or about 10/11/16, a warning sign was not posted in the basement of the building when a laser was in use. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
