29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about October 7, 2016, at Lot 350, 1720 Risen Star Court, Suwanee, Georgia:  An employee performing siding work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.7-feet and greater when he worked from an approximately 4/12 slope porch roof and an approximately 12/12 slope garage roof without using fall protection.   Jose Agustin Navarro was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1026359, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 16,2015, with respect to a workplace located at 215 Ashland Court, Alpharetta, Georgia.
