29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) The Warehouse area - On or about October 11, 2016 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burns by not requiring them to wear appropriate personal protection equipment provided to them such as full body chemical aprons and gloves while handling a mixture containing sodium hydroxide.
