OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about October 4, 2016 at a construction site located at or near 2027 E. State Hwy 198, Osceola, AR 72370, employees who were lifting/erecting poles with assembled luminaires were exposed to struck-by hazards due to the luminaires becoming disengaged and falling to lower levels.
