Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems  On 10/03/2016, employees from All Green Landscaping Inc. were replacing shingles on the roof of several three-story residences located at 1032 Piedmont Circle, St. Peters, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and three employees were observed on the roof of the building approximately twenty-seven feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
