At the residential construction site located at 11607 W. 158th Terr in Overland Park, Kansas: Employees engaged in framing activities utilizing and working in close proximity to pneumatic nail guns were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not provided.

Strain relief was not provided for the energized 110 VAC extension cord providing power to the circular saw.
