Lift has been in service for at least five years.  b) Mechanical Shop, on or about 10/7/16: Rotary Automotive Lift, Model No. SPOA10N5G7, Serial No. CNS09F0002 had not been inspected. Lift has been in service for at least five years.  c) Mechanical Shop, on or about 10/7/16: Challenger Lift, Model No. 4015XAO, Serial No. 130700000094373 had not been inspected. Lift has been in service for at least five years.
