Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/04/2016, an employee from Baker Exteriors was replacing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 800 Harmony View Drive, Cottleville, MO.  He was not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The employee was observed on the roof of the building approximately sixteen feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing him to a fall to the ground below.
