29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/04/2016, employees from Nolan Exteriors Inc. were replacing shingles on a roof of a residence located at 242 Tower Creek Place, St Charles, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and three employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
