Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On 10/05/2016, employees from Julio Cardoza were replacing shingles on the roof of  a residence located at 574 Malinmor Drive, Weldon Spring, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and four employees were observed on the roof of the building approximately nine feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
