29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): More than 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable or combustible liquids in containers were located outside of inside storage room(s) or storage cabinet(s): On or about October 12, 2016 there were more than 120 gallons of flammable and combustible liquids stored in one fire area outside of a flammable liquid storage cabinet and flammable liquid storage room: a. In the staging room flammable liquid room there was approximately 163.35 gallons of combustible liquid stored. b. In the walk-in cooler (area 52) there was approximately 275 gallons of flammable and combustible liquids stored.

29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constitute hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage: On or about October 12, 2016 incompatible chemicals were stored in close proximity in the walk-in cooler. Muriatic acid was stored next to propionic acid, butyric acid and oleic acid. If these chemicals were to accidently mix a violent reaction may occur and create a fire and or explosion.
