29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about October 7, 2016, High Performance Construction LLC, did not ensure that employees of Erasto Hernandez Hernandez, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards.
