29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. a. On or about October 11, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations were exposed to falls, of sixteen (16) feet two (2) inches, created by the presence of unprotected sides.
