29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that adversely affected safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that were broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: Bagging Room - The on/off switch handle to the 480/120 volt electrical Reitceif control cabinet was broken causing operators to open the cabinet doors to turn the switch rod with a pair of uninsulated metal slip-joint pliers. Pliers were left hanging inside the cabinet on the switch rod.
