29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about 10/13/16, the employer failed to ensure that the metal junction box, located in the "Bubble", was installed in accordance with the instructions included in the labeling and listing. The junction box was resting on the floor and wired with a spliced extension cable.
