On or about October 15, 2016, an employee using a NR83A2 Hitachi pneumatic nail gun to perform framing operations was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris. b. On or about October 15, 2016, an employee using a HR2475 Makita drill to perform framing operations was not wearing safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris.
