29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): The employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): Location: 22 North Plains Industrial Road, Suite 6, Wallingford, CT 06492. Each employee working with hazardous products and chemicals such as but not limited to Lehigh Metals Corporation pewter discs and Canfield Technologies Inc. tin/silver or tin/bismuth soldering were not provided with training that included: 1) the methods and observations to detect the release of a hazardous material, 2) the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the working area, 3) and the appropriate measures employees must take to protect themselves against these hazardous chemicals.
