29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from electrical shock and fire hazards in that; in the doors and drawers department located at 11625 I Street, Omaha, NE 68131 a square metal knockout style box, not designed for pendant use, was suspended from a flexible electrical cable and contained a 120 volt duplex outlet supplying power to a Makita miter saw and programmable length stop device.
