29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    833 Page Blvd, Springfield, MA    On 10/17/16, two employees were sitting on and renovating a thirty-three (33) inch high parapet roof edge which was twenty-seven (27) feet above lower levels and the employees were not protected by a guardrail, safety net, or personal fall arrest system.
