29 CFR 1928.51(d): Every employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. The employer did not train operators on the safe operating practices contained in Appendix A and specific practices for employees engaged in potato harvesting, including safe practices for accessing and egressing tractors.
