Jobsite: House addition The employer did not adequately brace trusses. An employee worked within the trusses.

Instance A: An employee acting as a crane signal person while standing on the roof was unprotected against a fall hazard of up to approximately 20 feet. Instance B: An employee working amongst trusses was unprotected against an internal fall hazard to the floor below of approximately 10 feet.
