29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 241 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  on or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below.  b)  At Lot 241 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  on or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities from roof trusses without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 25 feet  to the concrete floor below.  c)  At Lot 241 Mimms Ln., Mimms Trail, Auburn, Alabama:  on or about October 18, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities from roof trusses without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 14 feet 4 inches to the concrete floor below.
