Bird Construction site located at 314 Brunswick, Huron, Ohio: On October 17, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees involved in roofing activities on the second story roof were protected from fall hazards of 17.5 feet.  b. Bird Construction site located at 314 Brunswick, Huron, Ohio: On October 18, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees involved in roofing activities on the first story garage roof were protected from fall hazards of 9.5 feet.
