29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: (a) Ohio Valley Manufacturing on or about October 15, 2016, at the address of 1501 Harrington Memorial Rd. Mansfield, OH: The employer did not to ensure the operator of Hyster model S50CT forklift traveled with the load trailing when the material being handled obstructed the view of the operator. The operator, traveling forward with two stacked welded wire containers (loaded) measuring 67 inches in height, exposed other employees walking/working in the area to struck-by hazards.
