29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:  a) For the precast setting area of the jobsite as observed on or about 10/17/2016, employees performing welding work were not aware of the health hazards of the chemicals they were working with including, but not limited to, the chemicals in the welding rods used and the chemicals generated from arc welding. Employees were welding on galvanized steel. Chemicals potentially present included, but were not limited to, zinc oxides and other welding fumes.
