29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) In the front of the building: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard to the concrete ground below, while operating a JLG aerial lift, model 600S, without the lanyard of his Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) attached to the basket of the lift. b) In the front of the building: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard to the concrete ground below, while working from a JLG aerial lift, model 600S, while not wearing a Personal Fall Arrest System (harness with a lanyard attached to the basket of the lift).
