OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that tractor trailer drop ship drivers are pulling away from the dock while PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operators are actively unloading the trailers resulting in the PITs falling off the docks and onto the ground outside the facility:    Raleigh P &DC, Loading Dock Door #63:  On or about October 10/08/2016, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards when the tractor trailer being actively unloaded by a PIT operator pulled away from the loading dock as the PIT was exiting the trailer.  The PIT and operator fell off the dock and into the trailer parking area outside of the facility.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
