29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: (a) An air line used for cleaning purposes at the component manufacturing unit #SL20 did not have the air pressure on the nozzle tip reduced to 30 p.s.i. The nozzle pressure was 90 p.s.i. The employer provided documentation showing the hazard abated on 10/20/2016.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) An electrical connection on the Parke V-Pak hydraulic reservoir had come loose and subjected energized conductors to abrasion. The employer provided photo evidence of the electrical fitting being repaired and the correction of the hazard.
