The grinder was being use to cut metal frame as part of the roof work.

Site: 27 Christopher Street New York, NY On or about 10/19/16 a) Employee (site foreman) working on the roof of a 5 story building was exposed to fall hazards from approximately 60 feet high. The employee was not using fall protection.
