Worksite located at 919 W. College St., Marshall, Missouri- Employee on the ground was exposed to overhead hazards from the employees, materials and equipment overhead and was not provided any means of head protection.

Worksite located at 919 W. College St., Marshall, Missouri- Employees were observed working on a steep roof without the use of any means of fall protection.
