29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design which were supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or the duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they related: (a) The approved load for the mezzanine in the center of the main production shop used for storage did not have the approved load rating conspicuously posted. 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about October 20, 2016, at the Delden Manufacturing Facility, employees were exposed to serious health hazards, in that the employer had not developed a Hazard Communications Program for the various types of chemicals in use in the workplace. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
