29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:   a) Officers Common Area, where the carpeting located in the aisle way and cubicles created tripping hazards due to ripples in the loose sections of the carpeting.    The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131319, citation no. 2, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2016 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.  The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130693, citation no. 2, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2016 with respect to a workplace at Tacoma, WA.
