29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:  a)  Special Response Team Office;  Surface lead contamination was found on the desk where guns were cleaned.   b)  Warehouse;  Surface lead contamination was found on the table where guns were cleaned.   c)  Firearms Office;  Surface lead contamination was found on the gun cleaning desk in the center of the room.   This exposes employees to lead ingestion hazards.  *Please note that surfaces (other than glass or metal) are porous and gritty scrubbing cleaners (examples are Soft Scrub, Comet or Ajax) are sometimes needed to fully decontaminate the area from surface lead contamination.
