29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 4140 Creek Water Crossing, Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 19, 2016 and at times prior; the controlling employer allowed his subcontract employees to walk the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10 feet 1 inch to the floor below. b) At 4140 Creek Water Crossing, Auburn, Alabama: On or about October 19, 2016 and at times prior; the controlling employer allowed his subcontract employees to walk the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 12 feet 2 inches to the floor below.
