TM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132673, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/16/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Catherine St. Newport, Rhode Island. TM Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1067061, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/25/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 22 and 22 1/2 Kay St. Newport, Rhode Island.
