29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):      Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.   On 10/20/2016, sub-contractor employees were working on the roof of a residential building located at 311-334 Bardic Circle, St. Peters, MO.   A. Jahic General Construction, the general contractor or controlling employer, did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment.  Employees were exposed to the following:   1.       The employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The crew leader and two employees were observed on the roof of the building approximately twenty-seven feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.          2.       An employee was not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun.
