Southeast side of parking lot: on or about October 19, 2016, employees with no protective helmets were exposed to struck-by hazards, when other employees were working above them removing electrical transformers. b. Southeast side of parking lot: on or about October 19, 2016, an employee with no protective helmet was exposed to struck-by hazards, when under the sign cover.
