US 281, an employee with no protective helmet, was exposed to struck-by hazards from items such as but not limited to: utility knife, wrench and/or hammer, while standing below an employee working above him from an Altec aerial lift, while installing an advertising banner.  (b) At this job site, 20710 N. US 281, an employee with no protective helmet, was exposed to electrical hazards, when working close to the electrical power lines, while installing an advertising banner.  (c) At this job site, 20710 N. US 281, an employee was exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, when working with no fall protection from an Altec aerial lift, while installing an advertising banner.  The Allied Advertising was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.132(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044197, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on May 01, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at intersection of N. Loop 1604 and Nacogdoches Road.
